Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GaragePro Lite, including our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by logique Idéale Inc.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the garage or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GaragePro Lite is a cloud-based workshop management platform for automotive repair businesses. Features may include repair orders, appointments, inventory, invoicing, customer portals, reporting, and related tools.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We strive to keep the Service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that invited staff use the Service appropriately.

Garage administrators control user access, roles, and location scope within their tenant. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval selected at signup or renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Taxes such as GST and QST may apply based on your jurisdiction and billing details.

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, upload malicious code, misuse customer data, or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

Garages retain ownership of the business and customer data they submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions related to data you upload, including customer consents required for communications and record keeping.

We treat non-public account and business data as confidential and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Support is provided according to your plan and our reasonable availability. Scheduled maintenance or emergency work may temporarily affect access.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GaragePro Lite is a software tool. You remain responsible for professional judgments, regulatory compliance, tax calculations you verify, and customer communications you send.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, logique Idéale Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Either party may terminate use according to subscription terms. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data handled according to our retention practices and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Quebec shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
