GaragePro Lite is operated by logique Idéale Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, book a demo, create an account, or use the GaragePro Lite platform.
We provide workshop management software to automotive repair businesses. Garages using GaragePro Lite may store customer, vehicle, and transaction data in the platform. This policy covers both our relationship with garage operators and the information we process on their behalf.
Information we collect
Account and profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, role, and garage affiliation when you sign up or are invited by a garage administrator.
Business information including garage name, locations, billing details, subscription plan, and settings you configure in the application.
Usage and technical data such as log files, device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken in the product to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Communications you send to us, including support requests, demo inquiries, and feedback.
Payment-related information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Customer and vehicle data
Garages may enter or import customer names, contact details, vehicle information, service history, estimates, invoices, appointments, attachments, and related records into GaragePro Lite.
Garages are responsible for obtaining any required consents from their customers and for using the platform in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We process this data solely to provide the service to the subscribing garage, under their direction.
How we use information
Provide, maintain, and improve GaragePro Lite, including authentication, multi-tenant isolation, notifications, reporting, and customer portal features.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use garage customer data for unrelated advertising.
